In this workshop we will draw from our personal experiences and memories around Palestine and Israel, our identity as Jews in the Diaspora, and other feelings/thoughts that come up using timed prompts to create comics. We will draw and write and share in an open, safe, and welcoming environment. No previous art experience necessary; materials will be provided.
Our next meeting of the CBI Book Club will take place over Zoom on Thursday, March 20 at 7:30pm (EDT) to discuss The Postcard by Anne Berest (2021; translated to English by Tina Kover in 2023).
