The Shabbat between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is called Shabbat Shuvah — “The Shabbat of Return.” The high holiday season can feel full of words and liturgy. This Shabbat aims to balance that with holy quiet. This year we’ll return to our deepest selves with a gentle contemplative service featuring minimal liturgy, ample time to let our melodies soak in, and periods of holy silence to “seal” each chant. Mourner’s Kaddish will be recited in full.
All are welcome to join us onsite, but you must RSVP via our website if you plan on attending. Service will still be available online for those who wish to participate on Zoom; please check our weekly announcements for Zoom information.
