Len RadinJoin the CBI choir and musicians for a celebration of the Festival of Lights with music both old and new! As the days wind down toward the winter solstice and the longest night of the year, Chanukah comes to remind us to take heart and seek the light of hope shining in dark times. Musical selections will include traditional Ashkenazi and Sephardi Chanukah songs as well as contemporary compositions. We’ll close with a family-friendly singalong featuring some favorite Chanukah tunes.
After the concert, we’ll segue into potluck refreshments, dreidels and gelt, and kid-friendly Chanukah arts and crafts. Please bring a contribution for the potluck table; the meal will be dairy / vegetarian / pescatarian, so no meat please. In addition to RSVPing, please visit the potluck sign-up page and let us know what you will bring — this will help us assure balance in our potluck offerings so there is something for everyone.
Funding to help support this event has been provided by the Harold Grinspoon Foundation.
