Our next meeting of the CBI Book Club, facilitated by Dr. Suzanne Levy Graver, Professor Emerita at Williams College, will take place over Zoom on Wednesday, June 25 at 7:30pm (EDT).
We will discuss Songs for the Brokenhearted by Ayelet Tsabari, winner of the 2025 National Jewish Book Award for Fiction. A young Yemeni Israeli woman learns of her mother’s secret romance in a dramatic journey through lost family stories, revealing the unbreakable bond between a mother and a daughter in the debut novel of an award-winning literary voice.
