Join our young families for a guided walk in the woods and trails surrounding the Clark Art Institute in the afternoon as the full moon starts to rise. CBI teacher Emily Axelrod will lead us as we observe nature and talk about the beauty of G-d’s creations in these beautiful surroundings. We’ll share in the splendor of the moon rising as the sun begins to set. We’ll stop to enjoy our refreshments. Please bring snacks and water for your family and something portable to sit on.
Please RSVP online by Friday, November 4 if your family plans to attend; masks are required. Those who RSVP will receive instructions about where to meet up as the date gets closer. This event is free for all to attend!
Rain Plan: Meet at Congregation Beth Israel and hear stories, make collages from natural objects and talk about nature, the moon, and its connection to Judaism.
Funding to help make CBI’s family education programs free to all has been provided by the Harold Grinspoon Foundation.
