SUMMARY:Chanukah Art for Our Town
DESCRIPTION:Join us in creating beautiful Chanukah decorations to brighten our town this winter! On Saturday\, December 6\, we’ll meet in Bennington VT to craft decorative art pieces featuring inspiring Jewish quotes for public display\, sharing the light of Chanukah with the wider community. Then on Sunday\, December 14\, we’ll gather again in Bennington for a community candle lighting where we’ll dedicate our project and enjoy homemade sufganiyot! \nA collaboration among Nefesh\, CBI\, and CBE\, this project is a wonderful way to express creativity\, connect with others\, and share the beauty of Jewish tradition with each other and our neighbors. All ages are welcome — come help us shine a little brighter this Chanukah! To participate in this project and for location details\, please RSVP via our website by no later than Monday\, December 1. \nThis event is a partnership between Congregation Beth Israel & Nefesh\, with major financial support from Sally Gottesman & the Harold Grinspoon Foundation as well as funding from other private donors.
